• Operator-managed TLS endpoint in front of the private Casework runtime.

Current human reviewers discover only their own issuer-qualified authored retained decisions, newest first. Current pinned deciding eligibility, membership, queue service, source visibility and terminal result retention apply. Prior assignment or holding is not authorship. Administrator and Requester roles are refused. Candidate/source-read/concurrency/deadline budgets are shared with review-task discovery. requesterReference is the retained producer correlation reference, never a submitted snapshot field. Rows release no colleague identity, private reason, context, result payload or decision controls. Reopen the existing single task receipt using taskId.
